规范敏捷宣言是对2001年发表的敏捷软件开发宣言的一次扩展。 这次扩展是为了表述形成规范敏捷交付(DAD)框架背后的思想。






Our highest priority is to satisfy the stakeholder through early and continuous delivery of valuable solutions.

  1. 我们的最高优先级任务是通过早期和持续的交付有价值的方案来满足利益相关者。
    Welcome changing requirements, even late in the solution delivery lifecycle. Agile processes harness change for the customer’s competitive advantage.
  2. 拥抱变化的需求,即便是项目交付周期末尾的需求变更也同样欢迎。敏捷的流程使我们可以对变化的快速响应,并以此帮助客户在市场竞争中取得先机。
    Deliver consumable solutions frequently, from a couple of weeks to a couple of months, with a preference to the shorter time scale.
  3. 不断的交付可使用的项目成果,交付的周期从数周到数月不等。而越短的交付周期越好。
    Stakeholders and developers must work together daily throughout the project.
  4. 在项目过程中,项目的利益相关者必须每天都和软件开发人员一起工作。
    Build teams around motivated individuals. Give them the environment and support they need, and trust them to get the job done.
  5. 以激励个人作为构建团队的核心内容。给与个人必要的环境和条件,并充分的信任他们能够完成任务。
    The most efficient and effective method of conveying information to and within a delivery team is face-to-face conversation.
  6. 在交付团队内部和与外部沟通中,最及时有效的传达信息的方法是面对面的交谈。
    Consumable solutions are the primary measure of progress.
  7. 可使用的项目成果是衡量进度的主要指标。
    Agile processes promote sustainable delivery. The sponsors, developers, and users should be able to maintain a constant pace indefinitely.
  8. 敏捷的流程推崇可持续的合理交付节奏。项目的发起人,开发者和用户都应该致力于维持一种合理的工作节奏,这样才能达成可持续的交付。
    Continuous attention to technical excellence and good design enhances agility.
  9. 对卓越技术和优良设计的持续关注与追求会使项目更加敏捷。
    Simplicity – the art of maximizing the amount of work not done – is essential.
  10. 追求简化-尽量减少未完成的工作-对敏捷项目的成败至关重要
    The best architectures, requirements, and designs emerge from self-organizing teams.
  11. 只有能够自我激励和自我组织的团队才可能产出最优秀的架构,需求分析和设计。
    At regular intervals, the team reflects on how to become more effective, then tunes and adjusts its behavior accordingly.
  12. 团队需要定期开展自我审视来思考如何提升效率,并据此不断优化并调整自身的行为。
    Leverage and evolve the assets within your organizational ecosystem, and collaborate with the people responsible for those assets to do so.
  13. 充分利用组织生态内部已有的资产并且和这些资产的负责人一起协同工作使这些资产得以不断积累。
    Visualize workflow to help achieve a smooth flow of delivery while keeping work in progress to a minimum.
  14. 将工作流以可视化手段描绘出来,以此来帮助交付的顺利同时尽量减少队列中未完成的工作
    The organizational ecosystem must evolve to reflect and enhance the efforts of agile teams, yet be sufficiently flexible to still support non-agile or hybrid teams.
  15. 组织生态系统必须不断演进来配合并增强敏捷团队的工作效能,同时组织生态也必须保持足够的灵活性来支持非敏捷团队或者混合型的团队的工作。
